ORDERING INFORMATION

All prices are expressed in Canadian dollars.
Orders are processed & shipped within 3 business days.
All applicable charges such as shipping expenses and taxes (if applicable) which have been added to an order, are calculated in Canadian Currency and are processed as per the closing prices at the exchange currency markets the day the store receives an order.
Due to heavy demand, an item can sometimes become out of stock. If this situation should arise, the customer will be given the option of waiting or choose an alternative item which may be available at that time. If however, the customer does choose to wait, shipment of the original order will resume as the item(s) become available again. At that point, a courtesy "Email Notification" will be sent to the customer advising them to expect shipment.
If a customer is not satisfied with our efforts to obtain the merchandise, an immediate refund is always available.
Lost Merchandise thru the mail requires the ORDER - ID - NUMBER for verification before a parcel trace can begin. The trace can sometimes take several weeks. When the lost item has been located, the store will then contact the purchaser and advise when the shipped item should arrive.
Replacement merchandise for damaged goods are shipped when available and the customer is advised when the shipped item should arrive.
Any topic not discussed here, can be addressed by our knowledgable staff via telephone, email, or store location. A customer should expect to receive an email answere within 24 hours.
